Celebrating success with our team is also our priority and we highly encourage integrity and transparency.**Job Title: Real Estate Deal Manager****Job Type: Full Time****Reports To: Country Director of Investment****Main Responsibilities**:we're looking for someone to acquire and manage the projects that we work with, and are on the lookout for an all-round commercial talent with vast experience of building financial projections- You will build a pipeline of property developers, propfund, PE and maintain this in our CRM- You will present to potential partners and convincing them about the benefits of partnering with us- You will leverage new and future relationships with management of property developers- You will negotiate deals with senior management of property developers- You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to make sure the project can be onboarded as smoothly as possible- You will assist the Country Director to prepare and negotiate a term sheet and agreement.- You will analyze longevity and benefits of the potential or existing projects- You will help to review underwriting prepared by the kost acquisition team and assist in the preparation of commercial terms for the kost acquisition.**Experience and Qualifications Required**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in building financial model for real estate project- Strong real estate financial modeling and presentation skills- Experience working in a start-up is preferred
