Real Time Floor Monitoring (Jogja, Contract-Based)

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - YogyakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Monitoring live issue management and live chat seller
- Team monitoring & ticket assigning
- Handling report productivity agent

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major with 1-2 years experience in a similar position
- Have an excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- A creative person, initiative, and a problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Spreadsheets
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and standards
- Passionate to learn new things and solve challenging problems
- Placement is in Jogja for a 3-6 months contract based
