Receptionist

Job Description:
A. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

B. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

C. Announcing clients as necessary.

D. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining

visitor logs.

E. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.

F. Preparing meeting and training rooms.

G. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

H. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:
A. Minimum Education:
Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably from a reputable university

B. Minimum Experience:
1. Min 1-2 years' experience as Receptionist (from Pharmacy background is preferred)

2. Good communication skill in both English and Bahasa

3. Have a great Microsoft Office skills

4. Consistent, professional dress, and manner.

Pay: From Rp550,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
