Receptionist

**Job Description**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the hotel's machinery, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
- Schedule regular checks and preventive maintenance for systems to ensure they function smoothly.
- Handle emergency repairs and situations promptly.
- Supervise the engineering team, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Implement energy-saving measures and suggest ways to improve energy efficiency.
- Ensure the hotel complies with regulations related to building codes, safety standards, etc.

Work Experience
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in engineering, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
