**Responsibilities**
- **Guest Management**: Greet and manage visitors, ensuring a good experience.
- **Visitor Records**: Keep accurate records of all visitors to the office.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain positive relationships with all office stakeholders.
- **Information & Direction**:Provide guests with precise information and directions.
- **Call Handling**: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
- **Administrative Support**:Manage visitor-related admin tasks, handle documents, letters, or packages, and inform relevant employees.
- **Office Coordination**: Work closely with the office management team for various office-related tasks.
- **HR Support**:Assist with administrative duties linked to HR, including managing meeting room bookings and keeping track of HR team inventories.
**Requirements**:
- Female (maximum 30 years)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Minimum two years of experience as a receptionist
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and well-presented
- Independent and team player
- Able to work as soon as possible
- Customer-oriented
