Receptionist

Details of the offer

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join TaxPrime 's team. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering and directing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to the team. Greet visitors at the front desk and escort the visitors to the appropriate waiting room with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office if needed.
Answering phones in a professional manner, routing calls as necessary, and Providing basic and accurate information in-person and by phone regarding any inquiries of TaxPrime if needed
Sorting and distributing mail/correspondence to the appropriate person
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens and forms)
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting visitor badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs via the reception desk.
Update meetings schedules and prepare meeting and training rooms.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, making travel plans by coordinating with Headquarter office, and updating records of office expenses and costs
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field more preferred.
Consistent, professional dress, and manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
