Receptionist

Details of the offer

Job Desc:

- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, message and transferring calls.
- Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately.
- Receiving, sending of document and courier also receiving document and packets.
- Responsible for monitoring pantry needs (example: mineral water, tissue).
- Keep track of daily meeting room schedule & collaborate with all departments.

Requirement:

- Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Having good communication skill and administration skill.
- Have skill to operation Ms. Office (Excel & Word).
- Good attitude.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp250,000,000 - Rp300,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
