Job Descriptions Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and contract negotiation Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages with Hiring Managers Act as the main point of contact between candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates Stay up-to-date with market trends and required skills for open positions, providing insights for efficient recruitment strategies Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, particularly in a startup or similar fast-paced environment Experience working remotely or as a freelancer, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates for various roles, especially in the startup or construction industries Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while staying organized Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
