Responsible for identifying clients' hiring needs, especially in the** sales, **manufacturing, oil, gas, and telecommunication industries**, and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent.
- .Partnering with the Business Development team to understand client's hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications required for each position
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Performing other pre-employment screenings for positions requiring specific skills and safety requirements.
- Providing regular updates on the status of their recruitment process and ensuring that the recruitment process meets the client's specific needs and timeline.
**Requirements**:

- Domicile in Yogyakarta.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Having an internship or experience in the same field **would be a plus point!

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Have strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS databases, and statistical packages.
