Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new joiner (TV & Radio)

Facilitate active and strategic thinking in proposing solutions to meet recruitment needs

Ensuring recruitment is facilitated and implemented properly in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Manage monthly employee's status and analyze the performance appraisal

Plan and implement employer branding to support the hiring process

Manage social media assets & recruitment sourcing portals
Bachelor degree in Psychology is required for this position

Have mínimal 2 years of experience in the field of recruitment specialist

Have in-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process and branding strategies

Have a interview skills (BEI) and editing will be an advantage

Experienced in the use of HRIS, ATS, Portal Sourcing and Recruitment tools

Digital savvy, team player and collaborative person

Willing to work under contract based and ready to join ASAP
