**About the Job**:
You will be working from our Bandung office from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm WIB.
**Requirements**:
- **Excellent English communication skills**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree, any major preferably Business or Management major
- At least 1 year working experience in a recruitment or HR role
- Great organisational and prioritisation skills
- Creative, innovative, punctual, and able to think out of the box
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- International exposure or past work experience in a multinational company is preferred
**Responsibilities**
- Helping the Head of HR on recruitment across Asia Pacific
- Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organisation information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
- Working together with the recruitment team to improve the existing recruitment strategy and its standard operating procedures
- Making/processing/handling all administrative functions related to the hiring process
- Helping out in Staff Onboarding related tasks

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
**Experience**:
- working in a Recruitment Agency: 1 year (required)
- working with English-speaking managers: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- Business English Fluently (required)
