Recruitment Consultant

Position: Recruitment Consultant / Head Hunter

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Engagement: Collaborate with client companies to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and specific job requirements.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in salary negotiations and facilitate the job offer process to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide valuable insights to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting is highly desirable. Typically, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting is expected.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or sectors for which the recruitment consultant will be hiring is advantageous. Knowledge of current market trends and employment laws is also essential.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent to clients.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
