Recruitment Department Head

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate Manpower Planning process to determine business needs for manpower
- Develop recruitment planning in the company that is in line with business strategy
- Plan, monitor and evaluate budgets related to recruitment management to ensure the achievement of targets.
- Lead the improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment & placement process.
- Ensure compliance and integrity of the recruitment & selection process
- Provide professional recommendations to users related to hiring process
- Develop strong recruitment team for the Client and build partnership internally with the Group's Recruiters and with external partners

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree; Psychologist (graduate from Program Profesi Psikologi or equivalent)
- Work Experience(s) Min 10 Years in total in Recruitment field, experienced in handling Mass Recruitment & role as HR Business Partner
- Soft Skills: Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving Decision Making, Communication, Growth Mindset

Pay: Rp30,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month
