Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager

Supervise Recruitment unit including supervise recruitment process, designing the matrix of recruitment selection, employer branding; Assessing the performance of all direct subordinates.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Law/ Management from a reputable university
- Having at least 5 years experience as head hunter or in retail industry
- Good competence in Human Resources Management, Job & Motivation Management, Interviewing Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Strong in communication, detail-oriented, receptive, open minded, integrity
- Willing to do walk-in interviews out of town both weekdays and weekends
- Experienced in handling team
