Recruitment Freelance

As a Recruitment Freelancer, you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment team with a main focus on Management position and Mass Hiring for operational teams. You will collaborate with the People Teams and Hiring Managers to ensure that all processes run smoothly.
\n Responsibilities :Contribute to the day-to-day recruitment and mass hiring process.Assist in general recruitment administrative such as create the offer letter, agreements, and other tasks as needed.Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Maintain and update new hires data and related documents.Collaborate with team members in project. Requirements:Fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Eager to learn.Willing to work from the office.Available to join ASAP.
