**What will you do**
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best people.
- Source and screen individuals, conduct interviews, and evaluate their qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with recruiting managers to determine personnel needs and requirements
- Manage the whole recruitment process, including job advertising, organizing interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment rules and regulations.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in recruitment.

**We believe you have**
- Have min 2-3 years experience in recruitment.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
- Have experience in handling for all level of recruitment.

**Salary**: Up to Rp15,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)
