Recruitment Officer (Based In Makati, Philippines)

_Duties and Responsibilities:_- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.- Completing paperwork for new hires.- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.- Managing internship programs.- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.- Qualifications:_- Preferably Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.- Fluent in English- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage- At least 1 year experience in the related field- Organized and detail - oriented- Strong communication and problem solving - skill- Must be willing to be relocated to Makati Philippines- Available to start as soon as possible- Details and benefits:_- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 hours shift (including break time)- Annual Leave: 27days/ year- Sick Leave: 15 days/ year- Yearly Bonus- Yearly Salary Increase- Health and Life Insurance- Work Visa is being shouldered by companyPay: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work in Makati, Philippines?**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
