**About the Role**

**What You Will Do**

**_ As Recruitment Coordinator: _**
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment calendar to avoid conflicts.
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and the company's careers page.
- Assist in preparing recruitment-related presentations and reports for management.

**_
As Organization Strategic Intern:_**
- Assist in the development and maintenance of strategic documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.

**What You Will Need**
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Good Suit (Spreadsheet, Google Documents, Google Calendar, Google Slides)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing recruitment data and documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
