Company Overview:We are a dynamic and innovative team within the technology sector, seeking to hire an experienced Recruit Specialist with a specialised focus on identifying individuals within specific companies who hold hiring and/or management expertise and would be responsible for designers, specifically UX design, UI design, product design, service design, and UX research. These individuals will serve as our key contacts for targeted marketing efforts.**Qualifications**:Minimum of Four Years' Recruitment Experience: We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in recruitment, specifically within the technology sector and with a specialisation in design-related roles.**Proficiency in LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Nav and Recruiter**: Proficiency in using LinkedIn is a prerequisite. You should be adept at leveraging this platform to identify and curate LinkedIn projects.**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Recruiter specialising in design talent, your core responsibility will revolve around identifying and curating lists of hiring managers within the design industry.**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month**Experience**:- recruitment: 4 years (required)**Language**:- Fluent English (required)
