**Responsibilities**
- Handling selection process
- Posting Job Vacancy
- Arrange test & interview
- Conduct psychological test
- Scoring & interpretation result
- Administration tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree major Psychology
- Having experience in related field at least for 2 year
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point)
- Familiar using Psychological test tools (DISC, IST, Papikostick, Kraeplin, Pauli), skoring & behavioral interview
- Communicative, detail, able to work under pressure, eager to learn & pleasant personality
- Placement in Bandung
