Melalui strategi bisnis yang terus diselaraskan dengan tuntutan perkembangan iklim usaha, Perseroan tetap menjaga komitmen untuk menjadi perusahaan pembiayaan yang handal dan terpercaya di Indonesia.PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia tidak pernah memungut biaya apapun dan tidak pernah bekerja sama dengan travel agent / biro perjalanan tertentu dalam proses rekrutmen.Responsible for increasing market share growth for R4 Used financing products (Used cars)Creating a comprehensive business plan in accordance with the business strategy that has been determined by ManagementCoordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 Used to determine the business strategy that will be implemented in each branch officeAssisting Branch in building relationships with Used DealersMonitoring the implementation of the business strategy implemented in the area and local branch officesEvaluating the business performance of each R4 Used branch officeCoordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 Used to determine corrective steps for the business strategyEnsuring the establishment of good relations and good cooperation with dealers as a business expansionResponsible for solving problems that occur in the branch both internally and externally to maintain and increase branch productivityEvaluating the performance of Area Head and Branch HeadDoing development and develop team, strategy, structureMinimal Bachelor's degree7 years experience in finance company or banking; with at least 2 years experience in Managerial positionHave knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing Refinancing/Multiguna ProgramProven competencies in team leading & team leadershipEnergetic, Innovative, and target oriented personHave a good command in English and able to work in Ms Excel specially pivot tools is a good advantage
