As Region Manager, you will be responsible to optimize market potential in respective Region to drive profitable revenues and improve market share. This positions will working together with distributor, trader and wholesaler to deliver product in semi-urban and rural area. Managing product availability in every area and minimize out of stock.

- Build sales forecast and sales initiatives to growth
- Manage inventory to minimize Out of Stock and Durability
- Manage product mix to achieve target revenues and profitability
- Evaluate distributor performance, capability and governance
- Improve salesforces and cooler productivity
- Build sustainable relationship with local player

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree from Any Major
- Minimum 10 years experiences as sales in FMCG Industry
- Experiences in managing East Indonesia Area
- Experiences in managing FMCG distributor
- Having good network with trader and key wholesaler
- Able to handle basic English conversation
