Regional Busines Manager Jateng Jatim & Balinusra

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Having business acumen of distribution/channel development for Industry Mom & Baby, Apparel/fashion retail, Home appliances, etc.
- Experience to manage sales in volume/value per outlet
- Experience to manage key dealers' relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Experience to execute various activities to scale up business goals, such as; promotion activities/store activation/sell-out management/product visibility, etc.
- Provide leadership to manage sales team, territory, customer handling
- Provide data tracking & analysis

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum S1, experience handling sales Regional level & sales team
- Minimum has three years of working experience in a related field
- Prefer with industrial background from Mom & Baby, Apparel/fashion retail, home appliances
- Good leadership skills; managing team, negotiation skills, and account management
- Having a high level of selling skill, numerical & data tracking
- Understanding of e-commerce landscape will be preferred
