- Drive comprehensive research initiatives to gain deep insights into buyer behavior, preferences, and pain points when using our products & services, across our markets.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the buyer experience, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric journey.
- Work closely with stakeholders across countries to identify critical pain points and gather feature requests.
- Analyze key business drivers, strategize and prioritize product feature requests based on data-driven commercial analysis and available product & engineering resources.
- Monitor feature requests and development pipelines, and regularly engage with local and regional teams to provide updates on feature requests.
- Propose and/or review product designs and solutions, ensure they will solve identified pain points and/or achieve predefined targeted indicators.
- Align product plans, product design, and solutions with relevant countries.
- Take ownership of features throughout the product lifecycle by monitoring KPIs such as adoption, usage, traffic, etc., and propose further iterations when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from any related major
- 2+ years of product management experiences or relevant fields in e-commerce, or related industries
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking
- Strong communication skills, proficient in English to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong ownership and team spirit
