**Regional Design Manager ASEAN****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Translation of brand purpose, character + other relevant factors into design systems and strategy.- Design agency management, including, scope, brief & briefing, design review, budgets and timing to build remarkable design.- Roll out & adapt Global packaging, VBL & BrandWorld honoring design intent, design assets and design principles.- Continuously track, pulse and share trends, eg; category, consumer, industry- Lead integration of design thinking by practicing design doing- Support and guide flawless transition from intent to execution within the VBL and EBL.- Share and align best practices and approach**WHO YOU ARE**- Degree qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience- Experience managing 'holistic' design across multiple touchpoints, from innovation to execution.
