We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Regional Development 2 Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting financial literacy and market inclusion across our designated region. You will be responsible for implementing educational programs, managing representative offices, and fostering connections with potential investors and listed companies.
**Specific Criteria**:
Bachelor's degree in Economy.
A minimum of 1 years of work experience in capital markets, financial education, or related fields.
Basic understanding of capital markets and financial instruments.
Proven experience with managing and organizing administrative tasks and filing systems.
Excellent writing and reporting skills to document activities, prepare reports, and develop educational materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, deliver presentations, and conduct outreach activities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly for data accuracy and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**General Requirements**:
Graduated from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)
Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbally and writing
Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage.
