You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. We are looking for Regional Distribution Executive based in Surabaya. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' Main responsibility: - Plan, coordinate and control inventory level (FG CC, SFP, Multi Category, BS, POSM) needed for each warehouse based on sales trend, sales forecast considering warehouse capacity, production capacity and lead time to central gravity of customer/consumer - Monitor and analyze future requirement of warehouse in line with sales volume, warehouse capacity and lead time - Develop tools of monitoring and control all strategy and KPI implementation at national level - Analyze and monitor budget plan and implementation at national level and to support all zone activity with cost effective and efficient manner - Plan and monitor all implementation of risk management program as well as refreshment of system & procedures to ensure awareness of all zones and have the same level of understanding - Coordination and control zones to implement coherent warehouse management strategies - Plan and support development program for staff according to plan and company needs - Monitor and analyze implementation of reverse logistic and disposal activity at national level to ensure programs are running as plan.
