Responsible for project management of Hashtag Challenge campaigns or sponsorships and ensuring delivery with zero error rate.
- Coordinate and collaborate with sales partnerships, ad ops, product teams, etc.
internally to develop & execute the program timely and smoothly.
- Monitor & troubleshoot the campaigns and proactively take the initiative to improve results.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights on reports and simultaneously use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Balance with the client's expectations and platform functions, to maintain the revenue as well as to enlarge the good case performance.
- Take a long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok's ads and ad units.
- Communicate with clients and agencies on campaign solutions and best practices.
- Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in branding project management / client services roles in digital marketing,
- Experience in managing complex projects involving different parties, and understand how to resolve conflict as well as managing slippage in timeline,
- Experience with branding campaigns & campaign delivery analysis from disparate data sources; ability to analyze data and identify insight.
- Impeccable attention to details & process and highly organized.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills using the proper escalation process.
- Strong enthusiasm on TikTok and teamwork.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills + active listening skills and proactive about collaboration.
- Self-starter and motivated to learn.
