JOB DESCRIPTION

BANDUNG BASED-3 DAYS WORK FROM ANYWHERE
- Manage and oversee operations across multiple locations within the region, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Lead and develop regional teams, providing training, support, and guidance to achieve operational goals.
JOB REQUIREMENT

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience in overseeing multiple locations or teams.
- In-depth knowledge of operational processes, including supply chain management, quality control, and compliance.
