Regional Product Ops Intern (S&R&A&C) - Sea Labs

- Work with other regional teams to develop structured policy by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with local teams to improve the quality of policy understanding and operation.
- Involve and review operational processes to drive productivity improvements in policy management ranging from Quality Control, Risk Analysis, and Policy Training.
- Support operational work that requires cultural understanding, language ability, such as case study, etc
- Assist with the product design and operations of in-app safety features, such as report and appeal flows.

**Job Requirements**:

- Final Year Student or Recent Graduate with Information System, Computer Science, Law, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in data processing using MS Excel is a must. SQL coding will be a plus.
- Interested in and good at designing operational processes and systems especially in Trust & Safety.
- Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border collaborations and communications.
