Regional Sales Manager (Fmcg - Surabaya)

**Location**:

- Full Time- Have minimum 5 years' experience working in FMCG company as Regional Sales Manager
- Experienced in Handling for East Indonesia is a must
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya and willing to work with high mobility

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Create and develop relationships with distributor and wholesale partners
- Drive all key sales initiatives originating from Regions and Headquarters
- Ensure sufficient stock for monthly promotions and new launches with appropriate sales forecasts
- Plan quarterly, monthly and weekly targets

**Qualifications**:

- Have Experience in Handling for East Indonesia is a must
- Have minimum 5 years' experience working in FMCG company as Regional Sales Manager
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
- Experience managing sales teams
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
