Regional Sales Manager For Jawa Timur

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the FMCG is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Branch Operation, Sales Management, Territory Management
- **Preferably Manager specialized in FMCG Company**:

- Have a good knowledge on customer & culture
- Responsible to manage all area sales operational business process in branch.
- Monitor and control distribution penetration product in all channel within coverage area.
- Identify detail area for improvement, develop and implement related program in order to increase branch effectivity and productivity.
- Provide local marketing and promotional idea and plan to be implemented in area.
- Lead the implementation of credit policy compliance as well as credit collection management in order to maintain account receivable management.
- As area mentor to provide training and coaching for local sub-ordinate.
- Report regularly to Line Manager.

**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
