Job RoleReporting to the Head of Sales Network to manage SALES Acquisition, Productivity, Maintenance and After Sales relationship within a specific region in Indonesia to ensure productivity and quality meet company objectives.Deliver target and productivityDevelop sales and marketing strategy to achieve salesEstablish, expand and maintain distribution channelsImplement sales actions into results with customers (Retail & Corporate)Review performance & productivity of the distribution channelsImplement Co-branding and Co-partner to support salesSupervise distribution channel to win market competitionManaging sales budget and ensuring distribution channels operate within the company regulation and objectives.Bachelor's Degree relevant to sales or marketingAge preferably max 40 yearsMinimum 5 Years of experience managing sales team across IndonesiaFamiliar with sales distribution channelsLeaderships attitude with challenging ambitionDemonstrate ability to motivate team membersReady to engage in extensive business travelsWilling to mobile and stay at designated cityExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
