Provide guidance and coaching to enhance their performance.- **Sales Fundamentals**: Emphasize productivity optimization and strategic territory planning to streamline operations and enhance sales efficiency.- **Customer Feedback**:Actively gather and validate feedback from the regional sales teams and customers, identifying areas for improvement in products, services, and sales processes.- **Market Analysis**:Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adapt sales strategies accordingly.- **Budget Management**:Develop and manage the regional sales budget to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control.- **Sales Reporting**:Provide regular reports on regional sales performance, market trends, and key performance indicators to senior management.- **Training and Development**:Implement training programs to continually improve the regional sales team's product knowledge and selling skills.**What we're looking for**:- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within a regional context, with a strong background in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.- In-depth knowledge of maximizing productivity efficiency, strategic route map planning, and sales fundamentals.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivating and guiding a sales team.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret regional sales data and drive informed decisions.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.- Willingness to travel within the region as needed to meet clients and team members.- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
