Regional Sales Manager - Roofing Building Materials

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieving annual sales target
- Carrying out market research to identify key players, ongoing and upcoming projects, etc.
- Developing project and retail businesses for the company
- Maintaining good relationship with existing distributors and acquiring new distributors in the Sumatera areas
- Supporting distributors with product training, supporting with specification and pricing
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on a range of products and services

Job Requirements:

- Experience in similar or competing companies/industries
- They should have experience in handling B2B projects and retail
- Strong distribution management/focus to generate and maintain distributors in the designated areas.
- Solid distributor database within the designated areas
- Experience in Sales and Marketing programs.
- Willing to travel within Sumatera Areas
