Regional Sales Promotion Manager

Qualification:

- At least bachelor degree in any major (Preferable from reputable university)
- Having 3 years experience as Regional Sales Manager in FMCG Industry or Stationery Business
- Having strong database in General Trade or Modern Market
- Able to Develop channel sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Able Mandarin is point plus
- Handling selling for Jabodetabek and Medan Area (Homebase: Jakarta)

Job Description:

- Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned.
- Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Track & report activities of competitors.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the sales team to ensure they meet their sales goals & Set clear sales targets and quotas for individual team members (Area sales manager, SPV and SE team)
- Building strong relationships with key accounts
- Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

Gaji: Rp15.000.000 - Rp20.000.000 per bulan
