3.Ensure that all SOP and WI are properly implemented in all bulking and warehouses
4.Coordinate with EHFS team and monitor the implementation of EHFS in all bulking and warehouses to ensure safety operation in all sites
5.Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set to ensure smooth bulking operation & Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment.
6.Coordinate with others department in HO regarding replacement / repairment of asset
7.Implementing 5R1SQu in all bulking & Warehouses
8.Carry out periodic control and recording of office assets and inventory, able to do asset tracking and inventory. Analyze operational asset risks according to applicable SOPs and create office asset management strategies.
9.Analyze oil loss in operation activity
10.Ensure the quality system is run in all bulking, acceptance and discharge of goods in accordance with the specifications of PT SMART
11.Responsible for maintaining all Certification (such ass RSPO, ISCC ) in all Bulking and warehouse is valid
12.coordinate with other departments in the HO regarding requirements from NQM for quality analysis and certification such as ISCC, RSPO, GMP+ and other certifications
13.Ensure the calibration is on schedule for all asset and measuring instrument in all bulking & Warehouses
14.Periodically monitoring & checking measuring instruments and conducting ring tests for lab operators
15.Analyze oil loss problems caused by quality and inaccurate measuring instruments
16.Implementing initiative to reduce oil loss
17.Develop a system and flow of receipt and disbursement of goods to make it more effective
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Industrial Engineering from reputable university.
- Have 10-12 years experience handling storage tank, bulking storage/warehouse.
- Preferably having experience in Oil Refinery industry.
- Have Engineering technical knowledge related to the storage tank
- Good leadership, good analytical skill
- Wiling to travel to the sites in Indonesia.
