Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Handling and resolving customer inquiries. Validation of Customer Data and Document Deduplication Checking Validation of Customer Data and Document Contract Registration Update Customer Data in the System Developing and maintaining accurate files. Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner. Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools & applications for customer management and servicing. Candidate Profile
Preferably one year's exp / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Min. Diploma degree and above. Maximum Age 30 Years Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, logical thinking Working knowledge of MS Office, fast typing speed. A good team player with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve. Good communication skills, high integrity, and fast learner. Not Colour Blind. Available to join immediately.
