**Responsibilities**:
- Actively prospect for and seek out new clients in order to expand the client base.
- Use market research and industry knowledge to find potential clients and business opportunities.
- Create and implement effective strategies for attracting and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Give each client individualized financial guidance and solutions based on their unique situation.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and responsiveness.
- Recognize and follow the "four eyes" principle in banking to make sure that all client interactions and transactions adhere to compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that regulatory requirements are met during all client interactions.
- Ensure that client portfolios adhere to both internal and external regulations by conducting regular reviews.
- Give clients thorough financial advice that takes their long
- and short-term objectives into account.
- Collaborate with internal experts to provide comprehensive financial solutions that include investment, wealth management, and banking services.
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with client portfolios and transactions.
- Implement risk-mitigation strategies that protect both the client and the institution.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Familiarity with the 4 eyes principle and strong adherence to compliance standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and empathise with clients' financial needs.
- Proactive in addressing client concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse financial data and market trends to make informed decisions.
