The Funding Officer's primary focus is on securing funds within the retail segment in designated areas, but their responsibilities extend to managing and allocating those funds effectively. Job Description: Identify potential business opportunities among customers. Promote and market products, especially funding products such as deposits and CASA. Responsible for conducting fundraising activities with customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Minimum Diploma's / Bachelor's degree graduate At least 5 years of experience as a Funding Officer in the banking industry Experienced in Deposit and CASA products. Proven track record in building customer loyalty, possessing excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and leverage a personal network of customers. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong selling abilities, target-oriented, and confident. We exist to foresee business opportunities and strategize a business plan to create valuable marketing actions. We are also called commercial or corporate banking and provide financial and advisory services to small and medium businesses.
