Relationship Manager (Home & Living)

**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for monitoring monthly targets and achievement for Home & Living category
- Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit & service improvements
- Understanding the needs of business partners
- Responsible for after-sales services
- Maintaining documents needs with legal and finance team
- Reinventing the customer experience, leveraging journey maps, deep customer empathy, and data to create transformative business solution, marketing strategies, and process innovations
- Managing strategic partners including principals, brands and distributors by providing support, information & guidance to grow the business

**What You Will Need**
- Minimum 2 years experience in merchant retention, partnership, account management, or relationship management
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex industry concepts in non-technical terms
- Must be clear, concise, and convincing
- Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with mínimal direction
- Good at presentation and crafting business reports regularly
