Relationship Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Managing relationships with customers- Identifying and communicating customer needs- Ensuring customer satisfaction- Resolving customer issues and concerns- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field- Willing to work around to meet customers (mobile)- Experience as a relationship manager or a similar role- Employee working area will be at Semarang and Jakarta- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills- Customer-oriented**Salary**: From Rp7,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)
