Relationship Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing relationships with customers
- Identifying and communicating customer needs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer issues and concerns
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field
- Willing to work around to meet customers (mobile)
- Experience as a relationship manager or a similar role
- Employee working area will be at Semarang and Jakarta
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented

**Salary**: From Rp7,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

- 50% (required)
