**Position: Sales Manager Mortgage**

**Employee Status: Permanent Staff.**

**Job description**:

- Processing the acquisition of targeted new debtors (mortgage) by building the partnership with Developers, brokers and branches.
- Ensure the loan (mortgage) process in line with the policy and regulations.
- Providing excellent service to debtors/prospective debtors without ignoring policies, instructions, procedures have been established by the Bank.
- Compile and review necessary documentation, including income statements, credit reports, and property appraisals.
- Negotiate mortgage terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on current mortgage market trends, interest rates, and lending regulations.

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Mortgage: 3 years (required)
