Relationship Manager, Multi Finance

**What You Will Do**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized advice and solutions.
- Performs marketing activity to acquire new Partners/ Beneficiaries
- Establish good relationships with partners / Beneficiaries
- Follow up & exploring financing needs from the partners/ Beneficiaries
- Monitoring Partners/Beneficiaries transactions, disbursement and repayment
- Provide administrative data needs for partners
- Preparing financing proposal including financing analysis and summaries of financing
- Coordinate with Funding Team for the availability of funds for disbursement
- Helping the achievement of financing targets

**What We Are Looking For**
- University Degree (minimum Bachelor/S1) in related majors
- At least 2 years of experience in financial industry, preferably from Banking experience with Development Program
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management
- Excellent interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess clients' financial situations and make recommendations
- Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices in Indonesia
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated financial solutions
- Continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with industry trends and advance in the banking career
