Relationship Manager (Purwokerto)

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their objectives and guiding them toward suitable solutions.
- Handling client communication by various channels (telephone, WhatsApp, electronic mail).
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships by meeting & reporting regularly.
- Anticipate client needs & complaints.
- Resolve client issues by coordination to other internal units.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree of any major.
- 2 to 3 years of experiences as a Relationship Officer or any related job
- Excellent communication & presentation skill
- Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities

Pay: Rp7,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
