**Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage in prospecting and hunting for new clients to expand the client base.
- Utilise market research and industry knowledge to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Provide personalised financial advice and solutions to clients based on their individual circumstances.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and responsiveness.
- Understand and adhere to the 4 eyes principle in banking, ensuring all transactions and client interactions meet compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met in all client interactions.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure client portfolios comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice to clients, considering their short-term and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions, including investment, wealth management, and banking services.
- Assess and manage risks associated with client portfolios and transactions.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect both the client and the institution.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Familiarity with the 4 eyes principle and strong adherence to compliance standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and empathise with clients' financial needs.
- Proactive in addressing client concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and business development.
