Relationship Manager Support Lead - Business

Department Business Development and Partnerships- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Monitor day to day activity of RM Support team, pushing for effective and fast seller's issues resolution.
- Monitor RM key qualities, identify and execute room for improvement.
- Managing stakeholders for faster issue escalation and better coordination, including but not limited to Operation/ Logistic team, Category Management team, Project team.
- Define, implement and execute initiatives to improve RM Support team productivity.
- End to end stakeholder management, negotiation and project management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in customer serving/ customer experience background, with at least 2 years experience in leading a team
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Strong team management with high sense of ownership
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in using Ms Excel
- Excellent communication in Bahasa and English
