Job Purpose and Impact
The Reliability Manager will be responsible on providing reliability insight for future through an emphasis data analytical and reliability-based decision making.
We seek a seasoned professional with the interpersonal skills to foster a culture of providing safe, quality, and cost effective maintenance programs.
In this role you will lead our team of highly technical individuals to troubleshoot and handle problems.
Key Accountabilities
Develop preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.
Establishing FMEA methodologies and using it to solve operations and equipment problems
Lead in business process improvement for general maintenance and reliability improvement
Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.
Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years in the same work experience
Strong in maintenance management system
Experienced with predictive maintenance and set up for equipment reliability
Experienced in predictive analysis for maintenance, decision making strategy, and reliability improvement for operation set up processes
Good with acquiring data, working analysis for set up reliability centered maintenance
Good communication and possess leadership skill
