**Overview**
The Quality Coordinator works collaboratively with the Support Operations Specialist and the Quality Specialists to ensure the Quality Team effectively implements and upholds Make Relish's standard practices for reviewing and maintaining the quality of creative requests. The Quality Coordinator actively contributes to the ongoing optimization of the creative review process, playing a key role in refining and enhancing our quality control procedures.
**Hours**: 5:00PM-2:00AM MST with flexibility to start earlier for meetings
**Coordinates with**: Support Operations Specialist
**Specific Scope of Work**:
- Plans, executes, and coordinates standardized service workflows and core processes for checking creative requests.
- Lead and oversee the Quality Specialists to ensure the consistent implementation of Design Pickle's standard quality practices.
- Ensures Quality Specialists consistently uphold the highest productivity standards without compromising on quality excellence.
- Oversees the distribution of requests among Quality Specialists, ensuring a fair workload distribution to facilitate quicker turnaround times for quality reviews.
- Monitors the output of Quality Specialists, submits incident reports, and engages in alignment conversations with Quality Specialists as necessary.
- Oversees communication channels within the Quality Team, ensuring that Quality Specialists are well-informed with the latest updates and relevant information about the creative review process.
- Serves as a bridge of communication between the creative teams and the Quality Team, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by the creative team in relation to the creative review process.
- Collaborates seamlessly with the Production Operations team and the Customer Support team to develop actionable solutions in response to customer concerns related to the quality of creative output.
- Collaborates with the Support Operations Specialist to improve and optimize the current creative review process.
- Strategizes on new initiatives that elevate the overall creative quality of the production floor output.
- Proactively submits and coordinates reports of possible bugs encountered in the Design Pickle Platform.
- Such other services as the Client may require
